We guarantee the very best available rate will be right here on our website! If you find a lower rate on any other website, follow these steps:

We will:

Verify the rate and availability on the other site, for the same bed type, room type, number of guests & dates within 24hrs.

Confirm the reduced rate via return e-mail

The rate on the other site must be available to the general public and bookable at the time you see it. (Some sites advertise a discounted rate just to get you to take a look. Very often if you try to book that room it will come back as "unavailable".) You must make your claim within 24 hours of making your reservation.

* Best available room on arrival means just that. When you arrive with a reservation we will upgrade you if available to the next best room category.

Terms & Conditions

The Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to:

• Negotiated rates and any other rates not available to the public, such as group, packages, coupons, membership rates and Government rates.
• Same day reservations - reservations made on the day of arrival.
• Rates found on opaque or auction sites where the hotel brand and specific hotel are not known until the Booking is made.
• Taxes, incidental charges, gratuities, resort fees or any similar charges.

Any changes from the original reservation will void this guarantee and we reserve the right to amend, revise, suspend or discontinue this program at any time without notice.
