All About Our Gathering Spaces

In addition to the meeting rooms listed below, the Bilmar Beach Resort also offers a rooftop sundeck, with approximately 1,500 additional square feet of space. Bazzie's Beach Bar is also available, as well as Penthouses 840 and 844, each with large entertaining spaces, breathtaking gulf views and a full kitchen. Our flexible event space can be configured in any of these creative ways:

Crystal Sands Ballroom

This well appointed 2,448 square foot banquet room is the perfect location for an elegant celebration or a meeting room for an important convention gathering. The flexible ballroom can be divided into Crystal A (1,020 square feet) & Crystal B (1,428 square feet) or combined to cater to groups up to 250 persons. Located off the main hotel lobby it also has private access from the main parking lot and the Crystal Sands Courtyard. Amenities include wireless microphones, wireless internet, drop down theater screen, conference calling capability and other features to create the perfect setting for your celebration or meeting needs.

Crystal Sands A

The 1,020  square feet of the Crystal Sands A comprises room dimensions of 30 by 34 feet and can fit 100 guests in a theatre configuration; 75 guests in a classroom configuration; 60 guests in a banquet configuration; and 100 guests in a reception configuration.

Crystal Sands B

The 1,428  square feet of the Crystal Sands B comprises room dimensions of 42 by 34 feet and can fit 150 guests in a theatre configuration; 100  guests in a classroom configuration; 100 guests in a banquet configuration; and 150 guests in a reception configuration.  You also have direct access to the Crystal Sands Courtyard Patio.

Bazzie's Beachfront

You have come this far; why not enjoy the view from the 2,000 square front beach front venue. Surrounded by floor to ceiling windows with views of the Treasure Island beach and the resort courtyard pool area is second to none. Palms Parlor

Want an intimate gathering space with a casual setting. The 650 square foot Palms Parlor delivers the perfect private setting for dining, receptions or corporate gatherings. Features include two balconies overlooking the resort's south pool and white beaches, wet bar, private bathroom, rich leather seating area, cable TV and wireless internet. Full service menus are available through our catering professionals.

Medjool Palm Penthouse 840

The 1,050 square foot room with the Million dollar view through the floor to ceiling windows. Located on our 8th floor penthouse level this private key accessed suite includes a kitchen for light dining, board room table and comfortable seating area for the perfect mixer atmosphere. The flexible suite can also be arranged for classroom breakouts or round table discussions. The 52" flat panel TV is perfect for displaying your power point presentation or viewing the video of your celebrations past. Included with the penthouse is a private king bedded room with balcony overlooking all of Treasure Island. In room catering and room service are available.

Coconut Palm Penthouse 844

Need a gathering spot with a view of paradise then the 1,020 square foot Coconut Palm Penthouse is the perfect location for your intimate gathering. With a full kitchen it allows the flexibility of private catering or serving your favorite home cooked meal. Comfortable and flexible seating creates the right atmosphere for causal conversations or group brain storming sessions. With the connecting king bedded private room and in-suite Murphy bed it can provide sleeping accommodations for up to 4 persons.

Banquet-style seating capacity is based on a sit-down dinner without a dance floor or entertainment. Reception-style seating is based on limited, scattered seating with food stations and bar.
