Group Reservations

Individual Group reservations will have a dedicated online booking page with a direct link for easy booking. Rooming list reservations will be made with your Sales Representative.

A/V Services

The Crystal Sands Ballroom offers a state-of-the-art ceiling mounted projector with surround sound. Standard, Wireless or Headset style microphones will amplify to the entire room. For smaller meetings Crystal Sands-Side A has an independent ceiling mounted projector for more intimate Groups. Please refer to the Bilmar AV Menu for pricing and additional items.

Meeting Planner Office Space

The group will be offered one lockable room for the use of the Meeting Planner. Meeting attendance must be a minimum of 50 people on peak day and this is based on availability at the time of contract.

Assistance with Planning and Managing

The Bilmar offers your Group a dedicated Sales Manager to assist with planning the perfect meetings, events and evening functions. We pride ourselves on our attention to detail and the ability to capture all the important components needed to make your meetings come to life and inspire your attendees.

Disabilities

Our disabled guests are welcomed to the Bilmar with numerous ADA compliant guest rooms, a movable pool lift and self-propelled beach wheelchair.

Culinary Expertise and Special Diets

The Bilmar’s award winning Chef will work with your Group to create the most memorable dining experiences! Imagine the intense flavors of mojo roasted Caribbean pork or grilled Mahi-Mahi with apricot and pineapple salsa! You are welcome to decorate the room to match the vibe you want to WOW your attendees!

Special Diets- The Catering Team and Chef will create menus for all diets, including dietary restrictions. Unfortunately, kosher meals cannot be offered due to our multi-purpose kitchens.

Dining and Entertainment

Sloppy Joe’s serves breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. Enjoy that perfect meal on the 2-tiered deck or inside in the expansive dining room. Entertainment is most nights -please visit the Entertainment Schedule online.

Waves at the Bilmar has an interior full bar with games and a covered Patio. Watch your favorite sporting event, grab a quick bite and cocktail all while watching the action on the Beach Trail! At sunset the fire pits with Adirondack chairs will be lit so your attendees can enjoy the golden hour.

Fitness

The Fitness Room is located by the Lobby and offers treadmills, stationary bikes, Peloton and free weights. The paved Beach Trail located between the hotel and the beach spans 1.2 miles and meanders gently to the North. This is perfect for an early morning or sunset stroll, or high intensity run.

Transportation

Transportation to and from Tampa International and St. Pete/Clearwater Airports are available for individuals through Lyft, Uber and cab services. Chauffeured services are available upon request. Once your attendees arrive at the resort, there are several options to get around. Suncoast Beach Trolley runs 25 miles north and south on Gulf Blvd., Free Beach Rides offers guests a quick ride with tipping encouraged and the NEW Beach to ‘Burg Sun Runner bus provides transportation from the Beach to Downtown St. Pete.
