Our centerpiece venue is the Crystal Sands Ballroom, which can be divided into smaller spaces for more intimate events. Waves at the Bilmar offers a beachfront venue for more casual events and our 4,000 square foot Pool View Sundeck is ideal for cocktail receptions that take full advantage of Treasure Island's gorgeous year-round weather. We also only host one or two events at any time, which allows us to provide your group with our full attention.

The Bilmar offers 166 bright and cheerful guest rooms; 90% are beachfront! There are 4 main room types in addition to several suites and penthouses to choose from. With new 1 gig internet and over 200 TV channels you can play, work or learn right from the comfort of your room.

Crysttal Sands Ballroom
This beautifully decorated 2,448 square foot venue is ideal for a special occasion celebration or a conference room for corporate meetings. The flexible ballroom can be divided into Crystal A & Crystal B or combined to cater to groups up to 180 people. The Crystal Sands Ballroom is an interior room centrally located off the main hotel lobby. Restrooms are nearby and a long private hallway leading to the Ballroom is perfect for any type of registration needs. Amenities for our meeting room guests include wireless microphones, wireless internet throughout the Bilmar Beach Resort property, drop down theater screen, conference call capabilities and other features help to create a flawless, stress-free event.
